Shop with confidence at Laybyland

If you receive damaged, defective or we have sent an incorrect item, you may return the product at no cost to you. Simply contact our friendly customer service team via email at customerservice@laybyland.com.au to assist you further.

Once we receive the item and verify the reason for the return of product, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping and handling.

Please choose carefully when ordering from Laybyland. Once you completed your layby payment plan you are committed to the purchase. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund only in the event of a major product failure - not if you simply change your mind or you later discover that you picked the wrong colour or the item does not suit your needs.
