This skin care pack is an essential for your dog particularly during the warmer weather when scratching and gnawing from skin irritations is most prevalent. Contains a unique blend of certified organic aloe vera juice combined with supreme quality pure and unadulterated essential oils and plant extracts. PH-balanced and safe to lick off.
Shampoo Conditioner Contains: Distilled water, certified organic chamomile, comfrey, calendula, burdock root, horsetail, kakadu plum nettle extracts, pro vitamin B5, certified organic vegetable glycerine, mixed tocopherols (pure vitamin e), bisabolol natural (concentrated chamomile derivative), soya oil, decyl glucoside (Eco Cert Approved), 100% pure and unadulterated anthemis nobilis (roman chamomile), citrus sinensis (sweet orange) and aniba rosaeodora (rosewood) essential oil. Safe to use on dogs and horses with essential oil content at <1%.
Dermal Scratch Spray Contains: Distilled water, certified organic calendula extract, vitamin e natural, certified organic aloe vera leaf juice powder, 100% pure and unadulterated essential oils of lavender and tea tree (<0.05%)
Cream Contains: Colloidal Oatmeal, Calendula Officinalis Flower (Calendula) Extract, Hydrastis Canadensis (Golden Seal) Extract, Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba), oenothera (evening primrose), rosa canina (rosehip) and soja hispida (soya bean) oils, caprylic/capric triglycerides, vegetable glycerin, Mixed Tocopherols (Vitamin E Natural), 100% Pure and Unadulterated Essential Oils of Copaifera Officinalis (Copaiba), Frankincense, Eucalyptus Globulus (Eucalyptus), Backhousia Citriodora (Lemon Myrtle), Cinnamomum Zeylanicum (Cinnamon Bark), Melaleuca Alternafornia (Tea Tree) and Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender).

Delivery
All our stock is held in local warehouses in Australia.
Laybyland will usually dispatch your goods within 7 - 21 business days of completing your layby payments.
This time frame factors in the confirmation of the layby order include your payment method, processing and dispatch from the warehouse and the transport of the items via couriers. The 'In Stock ' status on our website can mean the stock is either in our warehouse, or available with our supplier.
Whilst we endeavour to get items delivered to you as soon as possible we do, however, need to allow that 7 - 21 business day window to accommodate the processes above.
Delivery tracking details will be emailed to the email address on the account as soon as they are known. Your goods must be delivered to the delivery address as shown on your initial order.
Deliveries require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the property to sign for the package a calling card will be left by the driver with details of how to arrange redelivery or collection.
If their are multiple items on your order, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple couriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.
Large/bulky items (eg furniture and whitegoods) may take longer to deliver and may also incur an additional freight fee. If an additional freight fee is expected for your order you will be contacted via email after the order has been successfully placed.
Returns

Once we receive the item(s) and verify the return of product(s), we will send you a replacement or issue you a full refund, including shipping and handling.
