Features:
- SOGA Insulated Dispenser is perfect for hot soup and cold or hot drinks
- 18/10 stainless steel exterior and interior; double-wall structure with foam insulation
- Metal carrying handles on two opposite sides of container; side handles when not in use rest against container for space efficiency; the bottom of container walls extends past the container base to minimize abrasion of the base against the surface of your table or counter.
- Latch in two places on the container; each latch when opened allows its bail to fit into corresponding hook welded to cover; the third hook on the cover fits into the slot of a strip of metal welded to container; silicone gasket on the underside of cover completes the closure by sealing in the temperature inside the container and sealing out the temperature outside the container.
- Tubular handle welded to lid; a recess in lid for finger space.

- Factors that will affect the changing of holding time is using it in a different environment, especially when in climate conditions (ambient temperature whether it's filled, or preheating, etc.)
- The insulated temperature for 12 hours is 93C which will slowly decrease to 35C, especially in high-temperature degrees that only last for a few hours. Using indoors is highly recommended. The insulator cannot keep the liquid at a stable temperature. Its role is only to slow down the rate of temperature drop.
Precautions for product use:
- The product cannot be filled with too much water.
- Do not tilt and place upside down.
- Do not soak the whole product in water for cleaning which will cause water absorption in the insulation layer.
- Can only be rinsed with running water or wiped with a cloth.
- After the product has been filled with tea, coffee and other beverages, please clean it in time and wipe off the water, so that beverage residue will not corrode the product.
- All insulated pots are not allowed to be heated on Fire.

All our stock is held in local warehouses in Australia.
Laybyland will usually dispatch your goods within 7 - 21 business days of completing your layby payments.
This time frame factors in the confirmation of the layby order include your payment method, processing and dispatch from the warehouse and the transport of the items via couriers. The 'In Stock ' status on our website can mean the stock is either in our warehouse, or available with our supplier.
Whilst we endeavour to get items delivered to you as soon as possible we do, however, need to allow that 7 - 21 business day window to accommodate the processes above.
Delivery tracking details will be emailed to the email address on the account as soon as they are known. Your goods must be delivered to the delivery address as shown on your initial order.
Deliveries require a signature on delivery and if no one is at the property to sign for the package a calling card will be left by the driver with details of how to arrange redelivery or collection.
If their are multiple items on your order, you may receive multiple deliveries shipped by multiple couriers since items may be sent from different warehouse locations.
Large/bulky items (eg furniture and whitegoods) may take longer to deliver and may also incur an additional freight fee. If an additional freight fee is expected for your order you will be contacted via email after the order has been successfully placed.
